Cutting Dryer
It will lower the Oil On Cuttings (OOC) in the range of 1 to 4 % while managing drilling cuttings. Upon discharge, the dried Cuttings are collected for further treatment or offsite disposal.
Centrifuge
It is useful in both for maximum barite recovery as well as for low gravity solids removal. Progressive Cavity Pump
It is used for pumping processed fluid from Cutting Dryer to the Centrifuge. It is also used for flushing the launder area of the Cutting Dryer as well as transfer clean mud to active pit. The pump is directly controlled from the centrifuge control panel and flow rates can be easily varied manually. The feed rate is immediately stopped in case of any issue concerning the centrifuge.
Screw Conveyors
The range of screw conveyors is an extremely versatile modular system for handling drilling mud. It is used for transferring drill cuttings from Shale Shaker to Cutting Dryer and transferring bottom discharge coming out of the Cutting Dryer.
